The last new country for today is Transnistria, which has been recognized by only a few countries, yet it claims the territory between the river Dniester and the border to Ukraine. The postcard was sent from Bender, where Transnistria has de facto administrative control. With such great stamps and cancellations these two (yes, two!) postcards are a real treat for postcard collectors as well as a real challenge!

I can provide cards from Transnistria! We've now got new money into circulation. You can even send it as a souvenir. Or banknotes. Denig, which does not exist out of the country, which is also not on the map!
