This registered mail was sent from Nouakchott, the capital city of Mauritania, on 3rd August, 2011. Although it's stampless (and I'm looking forward to a postcard with stamps on it), it is really hard to get any letter from this rare country. At least the cancellations are clearly legible on the envelope...
